EDI and electronic data transfer
We provide the possibility to exchange data electronically with our customers and suppliers. For standard transactions of receipts we have an EDI-interface. Safe connections to exchange electronic documents still are an established work tool.

We created the possibility to put customized labels on your products, packages and delivery of palettes to simplify their handling. Completely individual.
Of course we also keep bigger amounts of stock for our customers. Standard products are always in stock. After agreement we guarantee bigger amounts aswell, which can be provided on short notice.
Due to our wide range of delivery we have the possibility to offer alternative types. This can lead to further savings.
On request we deliver the goods to your warehouse. You pay when you consume the goods. Not previously.
They give us the opportunity to pass on better prices if you conclude framework agreements with us. The goods are then always available in sufficient quantities from stock and the pre-concluded contracts lead to better prices.
In our buildings you can store spare parts or products you only need sporadically. We provide different kinds of conservation.
Already since a long time we offer the possibility to our customers to use individual returnable packages. By a forwarding agency or with our own trucks the products get to our customers and the empty packages back to us.
Delivery with our trucks
Our truck fleet has been continually extended over the years. We have trucks and sprinters at our branches. If time is of essence, we deliver directly to you or we pick up goods as well.

Management of serial – and batch number
Traceability is always very important. The possibility to manage serial – and batch number was established in our system already a long time ago. Regarding crucial parts we offer 100% of traceability of the usage of these parts.
24-hour delivery service
Thanks to our well assorted stock we have short delivery periods. We keep stock that you need individually customized. Therefore, we provide availability also on short notice. You do not have to keep stock for yourself – we do that for you.

Spare Parts Management
For our customers, we take over the procurement, storage and delivery of spare parts according to specifications.
This service includes both electrical and mechanical components. As part of our preventive maintenance services (see Industrial Assembly Services), we take over the monitoring and repair of our customers’ machinery and equipment as required.
